Our client is seeking a freelance Quantity Surveyor to work on a large Education and Student Accommodation project in Birmingham.

Requirements:

• Worked on Building projects previously such as Education, Student accommodation and high rise
• Worked on JCT and NEC forms of contract previously
• Able to run a project from any stage and assist with close out such as final accounts
• Local to the Birmingham area
• Worked on projects up to the value of £25m
• Experience working for main contractors

Rate: Negotiable dependant on experience
Location: Birmingham
Duration: 6 - 12 months
