Oxford | £45k - £50k | Housing Developer

A housing developer founded over 60 years ago is looking for a Quantity Surveyor. Over the past few years this developer has received multiple awards for their work on large residential schemes. With values up to £150m on traditional build projects consisting of anywhere from 50 to 300 units, my client prides itself on creating communities people want to be a part of.

With projects across the UK, my client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be based out of the Oxford office, working on their residential developments around Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire If you are successful with your application, you will join the commercial team and work under the Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a wealth of experience.

Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:

• You must be degree qualified or above in a relevant field
• New build low rise residential experience would be advantageous
• Longevity with previous employers is a must

• Salary between £45k - £50k (depending on experience)
