We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor within an established PQS practice that will provide first class support, training and mentoring.
With over 30 years of successful trading under their belt, this Canterbury based consultancy provide a range of services including Contract Administration or Quantity Surveying; Employer's Agents/Clerk of Works. This firm are regulated by RICS and pride themselves on quality, both in terms of project delivery and customer experience.
They have played a massive role in developing their home county with most of their projects being in Kent. Project highlights include:
- Premier Inn's
- Commercial Head Quarters
- NHS Kent, Laboratories
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a friendly and flexible office environment which offers every opportunity for different departments to collaborate. You will benefit from working closely with a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors who will fully support you on a day to day basis, or as often as you need!
Desired criteria for the Quantity Surveyor:
- HNC/D or BSc in Quantity Surveying
- Prior experience managing your own projects would be ideal
- Project experience in the commercial, education, leisure, residential sectors is preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years
- Prior experience in a construction environment is advantageous
- The Assistant Quantity Surveyor must have strong IT literacy
- Hardworking and proactive nature
- Strong skills of both written and verbal communication

The salary for this role with sit between £37,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
