Quantity Surveyor Summary
I have a fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, Main Contractor in Staffordshire.
The company operate within a range of sectors working on New Build, Refurbishment and Conservation projects.
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have 4-6 years' experience, whether this be post-grad or whilst studying on a part-time basis. You will need to have previously managed projects on your up to £million in value either in the refurbishment or new build sector. This position offers a great work-life balance as you will be office based with occasional site travel.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements
Over 4 years industry experience
Comfortable managing your own projects
Ideally worked on refurbishment projects (not essential)
Full UK Driving Licence
