Quantity Surveyor Job profile

The position is for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a specialist contractor on a new design & build data centre construction project in the north of Denmark.

Quantity Surveyor specification

The following will be required of the Quantity Surveyor:

• Experience in building envelope, civils, roofing, underground, cladding, steel, foundations
• Ideally prior experience working on data centre or pharmaceutical construction projects
• Secondarily, experience working on heavy industrial, sheds, ect.
• Prior experience working for sub-contractors

Quantity Surveyor Key activities

The successful Quantity Surveyor candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Cost Planning
• Cost Management
• Procurement administration
• Contract documentation
• Contract administration
• Financial reporting
• Dispute resolution and negotiation
• Data administration

Quantity Surveyor Personal Skills and Qualifications relevant to the Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be the following:

• Able to manage own packages
• Assertive, with good communication skills
• Ideally degree-qualified, but non-essential
• Ideally MRICS, but non-essential
