Senior Quantity Surveyor - £45k - £60k - Birmingham
I am working on behalf of a specialist civil engineering company who carry out civils and groundworks projects across the Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Education, Health, Sport , Leisure, Highways and Housing sectors.
They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Birmingham.
Their work includes earthworks, groundworks, foundations, landscaping, drainage, infrastructure works and highways.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have experience in groundworks or civil engineering and be able to manage their own projects.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
-Groundworks or civils experience
-NEC contract experience (Essential)
-Good client facing skills
Senior Quantity Surveyor Remuneration
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday
