An excellent new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor has come around. Joining a leading, Tier One contractor, this position offers growth, stability and the prospect of growing within an exciting company.
With a full order book and coming off the back of a very strong start to 2017, the company are committed to training and developing their staff and will afford the successful Quantity Surveyor every opportunity for career advancement.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of a commercial team delivering several new build, high rise projects in Cheshire and Manchester, typically valued in excess of £15million. The variety of work recently won make this an exceptional opportunity for anyone looking to progress within the industry.
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will:
- Be degree qualified (Quantity Surveying) or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 5 years' post graduate experience.
- Experience with JCT contracts.
- High attention to detail.
- Enjoy fast paced work.
- Be eager to step up and advance their career.
- Advanced IT skills.
The successful Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:
- Salary between £45,000 and £50,000 per annum.
