Quantity Surveyor - £40,000 - £70,000 - Birmingham
A long established Groundworks and Civils contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.
The specialist civil engineering company carry out civils and groundworks projects across the Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Education, Health, Sport , Leisure, Highways and Housing sectors.
Their work includes earthworks, groundworks, foundations, landscaping, drainage, infrastructure works and highways.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have experience in groundworks or civil engineering and be able to manage their own projects.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
-Experience working on Groundworks and Civils projects
-Able to work closely and liaise with site teams
-Stand-alone QS who can run their own projects from start to finish
-NEC Contract Experience
-Full UK Driving Licence
Quantity Surveyor Remuneration
Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, bonus
