An infrastructure consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in either the West Midlands and East Midlands.
The company can offer work across the utilities, highways and rail sectors.
They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with utilities experience as initially you will be working on utilities projects, but will get the chance to work on a wide range of diverse projects and sectors.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience working for various Tier 1 contractors and different projects whilst remaining with one employer.
Quantity Surveyor Duties
-Invoice and payment authorisation for subcontractors
-Liaising with site teams
-Meet deadlines for estimates and quotes
-Understanding and advising on the terms and conditions of the contract
Quantity Surveyor Requirements
-NEC contract experience
Quantity Surveyor Remuneration
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum + car allowance
Location: East and West Midlands (Various Locations)
