Position: Quantity Surveyor (Housing)
Package: £35,000 - £45,000 DoE + Car/Allowance

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a Housing background to join a leading House-Builder in the North-West as they continue to expand in to the New Year. The successful Quantity Surveyor has a great chance to further their career and develop in a constructive and helpful environment within one of the industry's best training and developing programs.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of a new build housing development - ranging from 30-200 units. This role will entail full commercial responsibility for the project.
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will:
- Be degree qualified (Quantity Surveying) or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience within the new-build Housing sector in the UK.
- High attention to detail.
- Enjoy fast paced work.
- Be eager to step up and advance their career.
- Advanced IT skills.
The successful Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:
- Salary between £35,000 - £45,000
