Package: £35,000 to £45,000 DoE + car allowance, pension etc

An excellent new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor has come around. Joining a well-respected regional contractor on a major Commercial Fit-Out framework throughout the North-West
This is a company who are committed to training and developing their staff and will afford the successful Quantity Surveyor every opportunity for career advancement.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of a commercial team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, and would be responsible for overseeing several Commercial Fit-out projects - up to £3million each. This position would suit someone who enjoys the variety and pace of Commercial Fit-Out work and prior experience in this sector is beneficial.
If desired, this company will support the successful Quantity Surveyor through their RICS/CIOB membership.
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will:
- Be degree qualified (BSc. Quantity Surveying) or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 5 years' industry experience.
- Experience with JCT contracts.
- Experience with Fast paced Commercial fit out projects
- High attention to detail.
- Enjoy fast paced work.
- Advanced IT skills.
The successful Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:
- Salary between £35,000 and £45,000 per annum
