Project Quantity Surveyor candidate requirements:
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Degree qualified or have a relevant construction qualification.
- Have experience working on new build residential projects worth over £20 million.
- Working for a residential developer or market leading contractor would be beneficial
- At least 4 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK.
