A main contractor based in Bedford is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Ideally you will live in Northamptonshire or Warwickshire to cover the project sites.
They are very well financially managed with a turnover of circa £200m.
They work on various projects across Commercial, Healthcare, Leisure, Residential, Retail and Education.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking for a change or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a step up and more responsibility.
The Quantity Surveyor will join a warm, friendly team in a company that offers good training and an excellent benefits package.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements
-2+ years experience
-Ideally worked for a main contractor
-Good JCT contract knowledge
-Happy to work on both sites and in the office
-Worked on new build projects above £1m
Quantity Surveyor Remuneration
Salary: £28,000 - £45,000 per annum
Location: Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire
Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, 4% Pension, 5% bonus, 25 days holiday
