A Main Contractor based in Birmingham is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The Quantity Surveyor will be working on various Social Housing, Education and Student Accommodation projects across Birmingham.
Ideally the successful Quantity Surveyor will have worked in one of the above sectors and worked on repair & maintenance or refurbishment jobs.
The Quantity Surveyor will be working for a large Main Contractor who has long term, secure and valuable workloads.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements
-JCT / Bespoke contract experience
-Social Housing / Education / Student Accommodation experience
-Dealt with repairs & maintenance or refurb jobs
-UK Driving licence
Quantity Surveyor Remuneration
Salary: £35,000 - £48,000 per annum
Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, generous pension, 25 days holiday, bonus scheme (up to 25%)
