As Quantity Surveyor you will be based on site working on massive mixed use developments worth up to £350m whist gaining both hands on support and exceptional training through a structured programme. This company are passionate about their workforce and invest heavily in their training and development programs.

I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a solid main contractor background who ideally has exposure working on residential schemes.

Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:

• Must have a main contractor background.
• Previous experience working on large residential schemes.
• Good knowledge of the Construction industry processes and procedures.
• Ideally have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Knowledge of ICT and software systems.
• Understanding of standard forms of contract and reporting procedures.
• 4 - 6 years UK experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Team player, and supportive of colleagues.
• Able to work on own initiative, with the drive to take ownership of projects.

Remuneration for this Quantity Surveyor position

• £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
• Performance related bonus.
• Car allowance.
