Requirements: In need of a driven degree qualified Quantity Surveyor who ideally has a solid background working on new build residential projects. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be based on site, working on a large residential regeneration project which will be building over 2000 units. - Have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, failing this a construction related qualification.
- Have a main contractor or developer background.
- Have experience working on new build residential projects.
Remuneration: the successful Quantity Surveyor will receive £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) plus package which includes an annual bonus, car allowance and healthcare benefits.
