Position: Quantity Surveyor - Small works
Package: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial team on a range of Commercial, Residential and Education projects in the North-West, valued up to £2million.
This well respected regional contractor has a very strong reputation and have a proven and established track record of delivering quality projects.
They are looking for an experience Quantity Surveyor to grow with the company. With unrivalled progression opportunities, this role is a must for the ambitious!
The role is to take Commercial responsibility for several key projects in the North-West. The successful Quantity Surveyor must have extensive experience with the full commercial process, with prior experience as an Estimator being beneficial.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the UK
- Come from a New-Build, Main Construction background
- Fully fluent in JCT contracts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Degree Qualified (BSc or equivalent) is desirable
The successful Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:
- Salary between £35,000 and £40,000 DoE
