Quantity Surveyor

A main contractor based in Shropshire is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

They are a rapidly expanding company that is looking to grow their turnover tenfold within the next 5 years.

My client will consider Quantity Surveyors with any build/construction experience, however they work on various projects across Residential, High-Rise and Low-Rise apartments, Student Accommodation and Hotels.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor that is looking for lots of progression within their career as the company is rapidly growing.

The Quantity Surveyor will join a friendly team in a company that offers great training and an excellent benefits package, that includes a 30% bonus + £6k car allowance + all fuel paid for + company credit card for expenses.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements

-Any build/construction experience
-Good JCT Contract knowledge
-Happy to work in the office and on site
-Worked on build projects above £1m

Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
Location: Shropshire
Other Benefits: £6k Car Allowance, up to 30% bonus, company credit card, all fuel paid for
