A nationally recognised developer has opened up a position for a Quantity Surveyor; the successful Quantity Surveyor will start by working on a brand new project which is due to start within the next month in Kensington.
If you are the successful candidate for this Quantity Surveyor position, you'll be working on a modern style apartment estimated to value £1.5mil from conception to completion.
The company is currently flourishing and so there are plenty of other projects in the pipeline; this offers the successful Quantity Surveyor endless opportunities to work on multiple high end residential schemes.
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have the following:
- Degree qualified and member of the RICS or IOB (or moving towards professional membership).
- Have a proven track record of successful projects on luxury homes from conception to completion.
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor with UK developers on high end residential homes.
Salary and benefits:
