M&E Quantity Surveyor

A major contractor within the construction industry is offering an excellent opportunity for a M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.
They are a market leader in the public and private sector and develop complex and challenging projects across the country.
The successful candidate will be working on prestigious projects in the west midlands

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

• Have some previous relevant experience in quantity surveying
• Hold a valid CSCS card
• Be aware of the various forms of contracts used in the construction industry
• Have knowledge and an understanding of commercial management construction projects and the construction processes in general

Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Location: Birmingham
Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, healthcare, generous pension, 25 days holiday
