Position: Quantity Surveyor (Small works)

Package: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

Location: Lancashire

The Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial team on a range of new developments in the North-West. Projects cover a wide range of sectors and are valued at between £35,000 and £2million

This leading regional contractor have an exceptional reputation within the industry and are looking for the next wave of Quantity Surveyors to help them grow and develop in the area.

Role

The role is to take Commercial responsibility for several key, small works frameworks in the North-West. The successful Quantity Surveyor must have extensive experience with the full commercial process, from inception to final accounts and a proven track record of running multiple, small works projects is highly desirable. JCT D&B contract experience is vital as is CVR experience

Key Requirements:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

  • Have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the UK
  • Come from a New-Build, Main Contractor background
  • Fully fluent in JCT D&B and its' variants
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Degree Qualified (BSc or equivalent) is desirable
  • RICS chartered (or working towards) is desirable

Remuneration:

The successful Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:

  • Salary between £35,000 and £45,000 DoE
