Job Description

Senior Civil Engineer

A Senior Civil Engineer vacancy has become available for one of the region's top House Builders.

The candidate will need to be enthusiastic, confident and motivated. An individual, who is able to use their own initiative along with key communication skills to achieve targets and follow deadlines,.

The role will involve co-ordination with consultants, production of technical reports for new land viabilities, as well as technical approval experience being necessary to ensure site developments start as planned. The ability to solve on-site issues is prevalent.

Additionally, you will be required to monitor the implementation of roads and sewers on historical sites. Meaning, the successful applicant will need to be able to interpret drawings and reports.

In order to apply for this role, you will need sound knowledge of the technical department.

Senior Technical Co-ordinator Remuneration

Location: West Midlands
Salary: £30k - £40k (Negotiable)
