A privately owned growing Building Services Consultancy practice near Fareham operating mainly in the Residential, Commercial and Education sectorS providing clients with coordinated solutions across MEP services. Actively recruiting for a Mechanical Design Engineer to deliver ongoing workload to work on a long term contract basis.

This Building Services Consultancy employs circa 30 Engineers with significant growth plans in 2017/18 in order to deliver secured work load. Offering an open and friendly working environment with management support available. As well as a modern office environment onsite parking is also available.

The successful Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer will join an existing team working on a range of interesting projects mainly in Residential as well as other sectors such as Commercial and Education.

Experience / Skills:

  • Minimum of HNC qualified if Mechanical Engineering / Building Services.
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant working experience within Mechanical Building Services Design.
  • Full understanding of UK building regulations and coding (BS standards) is essential.
  • Ideally experience working on Residential projects however this is not essential.
  • Must be competent in the use of Hevecomp software. AutoCAD is beneficial not essential.
