This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Planner to join a large business which specialise in private and social housing schemes which covers new-build and partnership housing development activities to provide an effective and professional planning and programming service for pre-contract and project teams.
The position is based in Surrey, and the perfect candidate will have knowledge of a variety of performance measurement techniques, such as Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Analysis and use of Key Performance Indicators, as well as experience in working on projects with a value of £20m and above.
Requirements for this Senior Planner role include:
- 5+ years working as a Planner for a main contractor or developer
- Experience of being the lead planner and knowledge of multi-storey concrete framed buildings
- Expert user of ASTA Powerproject and knowledge of Synchro would be an advantage.
- Effective communication skills and solid experience on large scale Residential projects is essential
Salary for this Senior Planner role:
Salary is dependent on experience, but circa £75-80k plus a flexible benefits scheme that includes Bupa (personal, with ability to add family members), health insurance, life insurance, car/ car allowance (£6k), pension (6% matched), 26 days holiday, mobile phone, laptop and all travel expenses and accommodation paid where needed.
