Senior Planner - Construction - Birmingham
I am currently recruiting for a national main contractor, who are based in Birmingham and have secured numerous new contracts. Due to this recent development the contractor is keen to recruit an experienced Senior Planner who has a good understanding of the building sector.

The opportunity
The successful Senior Planner will come from a main contracting background and have experience of working on £multi-million projects, ideally on new build and refurbishment. The Senior Planner will be working out of their Birmingham office working on both tender and live works. The company do not focus on a specific sector therefor this role will expose you to numerous different types of builds.

The Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in Planning for a well-known main contractor.
  • Exposure to a varied range of sectors, commercial, high-rise, mixed use
  • Methodical and diligent.
  • Good communicator.
  • Full UK Driving licence is essential.



Remuneration:
Role: Senior Planner
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £68k + car/allowance, health, pension
