Senior Quantity Surveyor
One of the largest Groundworks companies is looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor OR Senior Estimator to join their Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire regions.
They have an exciting portfolio of projects due to start, therefore are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running.
This is a great opportunity for experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a thriving company, who specialised in groundworks for the country's top housing developers.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements
In order to apply for this position, you will have previous experience in 278 - 38 works and have residential or commercial experience, working for a sub-contractor.
The right applicant will be managing a team of Quantity Surveyors.
Contracts Manager Remuneration
Location: Northmaptonshire OR Oxfordshire
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + (Negotiable dependent on experience)
