Senior Quantity Surveyor

Subcontractor | Berkshire | £80,000 plus package

An M&E contractor in Berkshire that specialise in electronic security, access control and monitoring provisions for blue-chip clients are looking for a Senior QS

With a turnover of £25m last year, the projects are generally within the region of £1m and includes both installation as well as ongoing maintenance and monitoring contracts.

If you are successful in your application, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will become an integral member of a regional team that work for the likes of police authorities, universities and the NHS, as well as multinational corporate companies in industries such as financial services.

In your role, as the lead commercial figure within the team, you will report directly to the Directors and work closely with both the Operational and Finance Director. This will also afford you the opportunity

You will be the ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor for my client if you have experience on NEC Option A contracts, as well as coming from an M&E background.

Requirements for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position:

• You must have UK experience working as a lead QS for an M&E contractor
• You should be HNC qualified or higher in a relevant field
• Ideally you should have experience working with NEC Option A contracts
• You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Remuneration for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position:

• Up to £80,000 salary
• Car allowance up to £6,000
