Senior Quantity Surveyor

Southall | up to £75,000 | Developer

One of the UK's largest award-winning Housing Developers founded in the 1950's is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Having achieved five-star rating in the annual Home Builders Federation customer satisfaction survey many years in a row, the company has a reputation for delivering high quality standards.

With residential projects all over London this developer is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be site based on a mixed-use residential project in West London consisting of just over 1000 units, gym and large open green spaces. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyors will work for a leading developer and be part of a building legacy on a project being built to encompass the Crossrail commuter boom.

Requirements for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position:

• Must be degree qualified or above in a relevant field
• Must have at least 7+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Must have experience working on new build residential projects
• Must have previous experience as number 1 on projects valued £100m+
• Must come from a developer or residential main contractor background
• Must have longevity with previous employers
