This is an opportunity to work client-side for one of the world's largest technology firms on their hyperscale data centre construction project in Sweden.

The team currently seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor with prior experience working on data centre construction projects and, ideally, experience working for end clients.

Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor
Senior Quantity Surveyor Role and Responsibilities:

• Monthly, quarterly & annual cost reporting and cash flow forecasting, reporting to the client's project director.
• Management of main contractor commercially.
• Management of tender process with the main contractor and their supply chain.
• Analysis of and responding to claims received from the main contractor & their supply chain.
• Assessing and approving the monthly valuation.
• Leading change management process.

Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor
Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience in a commercial role within construction
• Experience working on data centre construction projects or other high-tech construction projects including pharmaceutical and semiconductor facilities
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
• Ideally MRICS
• Enthusiasm and professionalism
