Senior Quantity Surveyor

A top tier main contractor based in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

They are a very successful contractor with prominent work throughout the Midlands. Due to their office being relatively new it is a great opportunity for progression within the company.

My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with industrial experience, due to their projects consisting of industrial works.

With project values varying between £10m-£30m it would be ideal to have worked as a lead Senior Quantity Surveyor on projects of this value.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor that is looking for lots of progression within their career as the company is rapidly growing.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a friendly team in a company that offers an excellent benefits package that includes a £6k car allowance + private healthcare + generous holidays.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements

-Industrial experience essential
-JCT Contract knowledge
-Happy to work in the office and on site
-Worked on build projects above £10m

Senior Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

Salary: £60,000 - £66,000 per annum
Location: Solihull
