Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a leading Developer with Regional offices located across the UK. They have an excellent reputation with a long-established history and are very much a recognised brand.

Due to significant growth and new projects in the pipeline, they are actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience in the Residential Sector, preferably with High Rise Apartments experience, either with a Developer or a Contractor.The project is a High-Rise Residential Scheme in Birmingham, you would be site based.

Key Responsibilities: Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Assist in the development of the procurement programme and carrying out sub-contractor procurement.
• Must be skilled in valuations, payments and budget handling and most importantly be able to add value to a project.
• Finalise consultant, supplier and contractor accounts and close out all contracts for project.
• Understanding of commercial, contractual and financial project drivers.
• Manage 1-2 Project/Assistant Quantity Surveyor
