Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £60 - £75K plus package

Location: Central London

The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity with a well-established multi-disciplinary Consultancy business. They are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team in order to manage their growing International Client base. The ideal candidate will be client facing and be confident in all aspects of Quantity surveying at Senior level.

This business' main Sector work focuses around their corporate real estate with their blue chip clients, the projects are predominantly within Commercial Office Fit out and new build. The candidate will have experience within these type of projects. Ideally the candidate will have some experience in the EMEAR and other international markets as well as UK experience.

Location will be in the consultancies Central London office, so living in commutable distance is essential.

The Key Requirements

  • MRICS chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor preferred.
  • A solid background in the construction industry in the UK and preferably abroad (EMEAR).
  • Experience within Corporate real estate, Commercial/office or fit out (new build and refurbishments)
  • Be client facing and possess good communication and report writing skills.
  • The successful candidate will be a confident and competent in all aspects of surveying.
  • Have experience working within a consultancy or consultancies, in a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
