Senior Quantity Surveyor

A construction contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Shropshire.

The role offers an exceptional opportunity for quick career progression with a plan in place for the Senior Quantity Surveyor to develop into a Commercial Manager role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be rewarded with a generous package that includes a salary up to £60,000 + £6,500 car allowance + 30% bonus.

You will be working on projects valued between £3m - £30m across various build/construction sectors.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements

-JCT contract experience
-Experience within any construction / build sector will be considered
-Ideally have supported / managed junior members of a commercial team
-Excellent communication

Senior Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Location: Shropshire
Other benefits: £6500 car allowance, 30% bonus, pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday
