This medium size contractor deliver a variety of D&B, refurbishment and fit out projects across a range of sectors including education, residential, heritage, commercial, leisure and healthcare. They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a number of historic and listed building refurbishments projects located in Central London, reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

This expanding company are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will require minimum training/mentoring and is able to hit the ground running. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor must have a solid background working on historic or listed building projects and be able to lead projects from conception to completion.

Requirements for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position:

• Must have a solid background working on historic and listed building refurbishment projects.
• Proven experience leading projects.
• Ideally have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the construction industry processes and procedures.

Remuneration for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position:

• £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.
• Pension.
• Travel allowance.
