We are currently looking to bring on board a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a client focused team for the Berkshire offices. This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to join and strengthen the Quantity Surveying team as well as play a strategic role in developing the Berkshire presence for the company.

A strong track record in delivering mixed use developments would be a key requirement and we would like to push for a candidate with strong commercial and residential experience if possible. In terms of the candidate this should be someone who enjoys hands on project delivery, building and maintaining client relationships, helping to develop others within a team.

There will be a focus on professional work on a wide variety of selected projects ranging from £5m to £500m including:

• Education
• Healthcare
• High spec residential
• Mixed use developments and retail
• Hotel
• Leisure
• Distribution and industrial

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor who can both take responsibility acting as the sole contact with clients and working as part of the wider team.
