Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading Midlands main contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team working on large construction projects.

The Quantity Surveyor will be working on projects up to the value of £50m on Distribution Centres, Retail, Rail and Offices.

As a result, they will consider a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has good new build experience of projects over the value of £10m.

The work is all located in the East Midlands along the M1 Corridor.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements

-Experience working on new build projects

-Experience with a range of contracts

-Main contractor background

-UK driving licence

Senior Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
Location: Northampton
Other benefits: Car allowance, 5% pension, 25 days holiday, private healthcare, Bonus
