Senior Quantity Surveyor

Consultancy - London

£60,000 - £72,500 per annum

An exceptional opportunity has just hit my desk for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a multidisciplinary consultancy based in Central London. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a well-established firm who've had over 50 years of successful trading, employing more than 200 employees. Offering unrivalled sector knowledge to all of their clients on both a national and international stage.


Senior Quantity Surveyor Position

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an independent construction Consultancy who take pride in the fact that they are market-leaders in what they do, offering unrivalled service to all of their clients. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a number of different sectors, including but not limited to; education, health, leisure, industrial, mixed use, residential, data centres, highways, power stations, utilities, rail and aviation.

You will be joining an established firm that have an extensive track record delivering high value projects both nationally and internationally and excel by being able to provide tailored solutions for every client; however big or small.

Desired criteria for the Senior Quantity Surveyor position

  • MRICS qualified is advantageous, however not a deal breaker
  • Experience working in the residential and commercial sectors is preferred.
  • Must have an extensive PQS background.
  • IT literacy is essential, particularly in respect of preparing spreadsheets.
  • Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently, both independently and in a team based environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to incorporate technical terms with members of the design team, other professionals in the industry and clients
  • Capable of working to stringent time scales

Remuneration for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position

  • £60,000 - £72,500 per annum
