Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Package: up to £65,000 DOE + Car allowance

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of a commercial team acting as Commercial lead on one of the most prestigious projects in the North West. The variety of work recently won make this an exceptional opportunity for anyone looking to progress with their career within the industry.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will:

• Be degree qualified (BSc. Quantity Surveying) or equivalent.
• Experience with JCT contracts.
• High attention to detail.
• General build background, high rise residential (desirable)
• Processed lead

Remuneration:

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:

• Salary up to £65,000 per annum
