Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager | Central London | Contractor

I have an opening with a London based rapidly growing contractor who specialise in converting offices into residential units, houses into multiple flats, shop conversions, bringing back dilapidated properties to a high standard.

I am looking for a Senior Site Manager who is capable of working autonomously and has a solid track record taking projects through from cradle to grave. The applying Senior Site Manager must have experience working on cut and calve projects and experience working converting offices into residential units. Initially the successfully Senior Site Manager will be based on site close to Heathrow working on an office conversion into 12 flats.

Requirements for this Senior Site Manager position:

  • Must be autonomous and self-sufficient.
  • Must come from a main contractor or developer background
  • Previously delivered cut and calve projects from conception to completion.
  • Experience working on relevant projects. (converting offices into residential units)
  • Great IT skills, able to use all MS Office programmes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Stable career history (not interested in PMs who have jumped around every few months)
  • CSCS, Black Card, Health and Safety.

Remuneration for this Senior Site Manager position:

  • £50,000 per annum
  • Benefits package
