Based on the South Coast, this family-run fitout contractor is looking for a Site Agent to work on sites across the UK.

They work on various leisure/retail/commercial projects across the UK for a number of Blue Chip clients such as Wagamama & Pizza Express, on projects ranging in value from £10m - £50m in value.

A family-run business through and through, run by a father and son team of directors, there is a family feel throughout the company and this extends to how the company treats their employees, as well as offering a flat hierarchy, with scope for progression, autonomy and development always on offer.

On offer is a strong inflow of work through 2020, an all-expenses paid (accommodation and travel) benefit package, and the opportunity to work either freelance or permanent. Furthermore, this is a client who are going from strength to strength in the fitout world, who are rapidly expanding - in fact they bolstered their commercial department with 2 staff last month alone!

Ideal candidate would have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as Site Agent on fitout projects, and be happy travelling nationally (with travel and accommodation expenses paid).

Requirements for this Site Agent position:

You must be degree qualified in a relevant field

• You should have previous experience as a Site Agent
• You must have experience working on fitout projects
• You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Remuneration for this Site Agent position:

• Up to £150 - £250 per day
• Generous holidays
