One of the UK's largest construction companies is in search of a Site Manager to work on prestigious Education, Healthcare and commercial.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager who is looking to make the step up to Site Manager.
They will consider a Site Manager who has new build experience and has worked in any of the main construction sectors.
The successful candidate needs previous experience of handling projects from start to finish.
The office is based in Gloucester and all work is within the local region so there isn't extensive travelling involved.
Site Manager requirements:
- Main contractor experience
- Experience in handling projects from start to finish
- Experience in new build projects
- Good contract knowledge
- Uk driving licence
Site Manager remuneration:
Salary 40,000 - £50,000
Other benefits: car or car allowance, pension, 26 days holiday, private healthcare
