Site Manager Overview

A highly successful regional contractor, has an unprecedented opportunity for a Site Manager to join their high calibre team to deliver projects from conception to completion.

The contractor focusses on delivering on multi-occupancy schemes throughout the North West (predominantly Lancashire, Manchester and Liverpool).

Project Values range from £5m - £40m+

Given extensive investment, expansion and their pipeline, they are now looking to acquire yet another high calibre Site Manager, to deliver multiple sections of their up and coming Major Projects.

Coming from either an educational or trades background - my client has a tailored career progression plan to utilise and get the best out of their Site Managers rooted skills, ideas and capability.

My client values their company on creating a good work-life balance, as well as personality balanced teams, to effectively and efficiently drive through any projects they have.

Site Manager Requirements

  • Construction Degree
  • The successful Site Managers will have a strong Main Contractor background
  • Enthusiastic with the willingness to drive a programme
  • Minimum of SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid in date
  • Ideally located within reasonable commute to Lancashire

Package:

  • £45,000 - £50,000 + Package
  • Other benefits (to be discussed)
