Site Manager

A Site Manager vacancy, with one of the UK's leading house builders.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a busy team based in Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire.

You will report to the Contracts Manager regarding your responsibility of managing the programme to budget, day-to-day supervision and management of construction, health & safety issues, quality control and customer care.

Leading site operations, liaising with sub-contractors, contractors and suppliers to uphold a high standard of work, alongside inspections, organisation of labour and materials, all to insure the project is completed on time.

Site Manager Requirements

In order to apply for this position, you will have previous experience in new homes site management.

In additional, you should hold a MSTS certificate and an up to date CSCS Manager's card, also holding a current First Aid at Work certificate.

Site Manager Remuneration

Location: South Midlands
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Additional Benefits: Car Allowance + Benefits
