Our client is a specialist external envelope sub-contractor who undertake high quality roofing projects across sectors to include Education, Health, Commercial, Student Accommodation and Residential.

They are seeking a Site Manager to oversee Roofing projects throughout the West Midlands

They work with various Flat Roofing Systems including Single Ply, Hot Melt and Mastic systems including full envelope systems.

The successful candidate must demonstrate previous extensive experience within the Envelope sector.

Duties to include but not limited to:

*Request and check specifications
*Raise material requests for orders on projects
*Check project handover packs prior to starting on site and raise RFI's to ensure all information is correct prior to starting work
*Assist with on-site set up including setting out and panel sizing
*Resolve on site issues
*On site stock checks / stock control
*Supervise site management team where required
*Take offs from drawings as required
*Check measure drawings Pre-start meetings and site visits
*Create completion paperwork for projects
*Assistance with risk assessments and method statements
*Valuations submitted to assist company invoicing
*Valuations / invoice approval for subcontractors
*Budget and cost analysis reporting - Weekly Client development Coordinate meetings with site team
*Progress update with clients
*You will be responsible for Managing sub-contractors, Budget Control for your allocated projects and liaison with the client
*Ensure systems are being installed according to manufacturer's specification

SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS and NVQ Level 2 min required.
