Construction Supervisor Overview:

A highly successful Tier 1 contractor, has an unprecedented opportunity for a Site Manager to join their high calibre team to oversee a number of packages (internals and externals) on their healthcare projects in Lancashire.

The contractor focusses on delivering on Educational, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential across the North West.

Project Values range from £5m - £70m+

Coming from either an educational or trades background - my client has a tailored career progression plan to utilise and get the best out of their Construction Managers rooted skills, ideas and capability.

The Construction Supervisor will be reporting directly into the Senior Project Manager.

The role is ideal for either a Supervisor with a wealth of experience in the industry, working with Tier 1 contractors, or an Assistant Site Manager with healthcare experience who is looking to progress his/her career.

Construction Supervisor Requirements:

  • The successful Construction Supervisor will have a strong Main Contractor background
  • Experience in the Healthcare Projects
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering or construction based subject (not essential)
  • Minimum of SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid in date
  • Ideally located within reasonable commute to Lancashire

Package:

  • £40,000 - £45,000 + Package
  • Other benefits (to be discussed)
