Senior Technical Services Manager | £100,000 | Fitout contractor
The Construction Director of an up-and-coming, rapidly expanding fitout contractor is looking for a Senior Technical Services Manager to initially close out the Design stage on a £50m commercial project in London, before moving onto overseeing all future CAT-A projects across Central London.
As a company, they are rapidly expanding, having increased their turnover by 600% in the last decade, from circa £10m to £100m+ in 2019. For this reason, they can offer lucrative packages - up to £100k in this instance - as well as an incredible career opportunity with progression, expansion and development all on offer.
The company generally works for globally recognised blue-chip clients across the Capital, but they do have regional offices across the United Kingdom that work on national, landmark projects for a similar clientele.
As Senior Technical Services Manager, you will work closely with the Design lead on design, tenders and bids of CAT-A works primarily, but this contractor do work equally across CAT-A and CAT-B projects.
